Als Teil des Learning & Development Teams gestaltest du eine spannende und inspirierende Lernreise für unser ständig wachsendes Team von über 10.000 operativen Mitarbeitenden und 500+ Führungskräften. In unserer internationalen und dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung fühlst du dich zuhause und arbeitest eng mit HR und Deinen Kolleg*innen aus dem operativen Bereich zusammen. Wichtig ist, dass du selbst Spaß daran hast, ständig zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln und du gleichzeitig mit Überzeugung dieses Wissen an unsere Mitarbeitenden weitergibst!
Das erwartet dich
Organisation und Planung von On-Site-Trainings (60–80 % deiner Zeit):
Durchführung von In-Person-Trainings (20–40 % deiner Zeit):
Zusammenarbeit mit Co-Trainern: Du bereitest Trainings gemeinsam mit Co-Trainern vor und wertest diese anschließend aus.
Feedback & Optimierung: Du analysierst das Teilnehmerfeedback, misst die Wirkung der Trainings und identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale.
