When you move to Amsterdam to work at Picnic, we cover the costs of your flights (for you and your direct family) and we put you up in one of the Picnic hotel studios (or hotel room should there be no studio available) for one month, to give you time to find your own place while getting onboarded. Picnic is partnering with multiple accommodations from which some also allow pets to be present. We will also contribute to your moving expenses! Please consult with a recruiter for our other office locations.
To ensure the best Picnic onboarding experience, we really want every new employee to start in their respective offices! Being physically present for onboarding fosters the crucial initial connection with both the team and the company. Therefore, we require new employees to be physically present during their onboarding.
