Our People team strives to revolutionize learning & development in the same way that Picnic has shaking up grocery delivery. Picnic’s central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Dusseldorf. In the role of Learning & Development Specialist, you're part of the central L&D team at our Amsterdam office. Working closely together with the broader People team. You're the first point of contact for the Picnic central team for all L&D related topics. Being a true team player you're constantly working with the rest of the L&D team and other colleagues within the whole of Picnic. You are ready to take on diverse challenges, curious and driven to go above and beyond and showing an “anything is possible” attitude!

Your superpowers

MSc. degree preferably in HR or a similar field

4-6 years of working experience in L&D in a fast paced and commercial environment

Experienced in and passionate about facilitating team sessions and trainings

Experienced in working with MS Office
black dot
Ability to easily build networks and work closely with key stakeholders

You are an organizational talent and approach tasks with energy

You get things rolling and mobilize your stakeholders with ease

Fluent in English both verbal and written and Dutch, German or French is an advantage
