In a nutshell 

Picnic is looking for a native-German speaking Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in running App campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in driving user acquisition strategies, optimizing campaigns and achieving measurable results. This role requires frequent travelling to our office in Dusseldorf, Germany to ensure tight collaboration with local operations.

Your superpowers

MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in the mobile industry

In-depth knowledge of the retail and media industries in Germany

Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition and meeting KPI targets

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (such as Adjust and Tableau) to derive actionable insights

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally

Native German speaker and willing to travel to Dusseldorf at least once a month
