Picnic is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist Dutch to drive our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent for our innovative supermarket operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who align with our company's values and growth objectives. Your expertise in talent acquisition and understanding of the Dutch market will be crucial in building a robust pipeline of skilled professionals to support Picnic's expansion.
Picnic offers exciting opportunities for fresh graduates in the following areas of our App Team:
Pricing: Analyze data, monitor price developments, and ensure our customers always get the best value for money, including our bundle offers.
Category Intelligence: Develop tools and reports in collaboration with the Category Teams and actively drive the performance of our product assortment.
What you’ll do
Market & competitor analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop innovative approaches for improving our offering.
Data-driven optimization: Analyze shopping behavior to enhance app interaction, assortment selection, pricing, and promotions.
Cross-functional projects: Take the lead on cross-departmental initiatives and collaborate with copywriters, tech teams, and category managers to make our store the top choice for customers.
...all the way to Supply Chain: Act as a technical interface with the supply chain team to sustainably improve food waste reduction and product availability.
